- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Blackwell is excellent. She is tough, thorough and smart. Unfortunately all of this is overshadowed by the complete incompetence and unprofessional attitude of her office staff. I was a patient of hers for several years, always putting up with attitude from her staff, but it was never a direct problem to my care until this week. When I called to get a referral to Roswell Park, I was told that I was no longer a patient there. They had me on file as saying "I gave verbal authorization to switch doctors." This never happened, and when I asked if they could correct their mistake I was met with the attitude of a high school girl who had just been broken up with. They acted so unprofessional and vindictive when I actually needed care, saying that "we don't take patients back once they leave us, you were the one who said you were switching doctors." I have never been treated this way by any doctor's office, and if I could I would have every one of those staff members fired. Stay far away from this doctor unless you like being treated like a sub-human.February 17, 2017by Jonathan Kempf
